Returns and refunds policies
1. You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
2. Returns will be accepted in line with EU laws and regulations, up to 14 days after delivery. To return an item you must send an email to [email protected] to receive the returns information and post the item back to me at your own expense using tracked delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, as long as the item returned meets the following conditions:
a) the item is returned in immaculate condition and is fit for resale. This means the item will have no damage, or markings of any kind
b) the item is returned with its original packaging.
3. Customised items are excluded from returns.
4. If your item is undelivered with proof from the tracking information provided then a full refund will be supplied.
Other policies
1. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that may incur upon the item(s)'s arrival into their country
2. Each item is handmade and should be used as decoration only. Any damage that occurs after delivery from other use is the buyer's responsibility.
3.All items are sent standard post unless tracked shipping is bought alongside your item
4.All products are varnished but this does not promise it being waterproof, so please only use indoors
